- 1. The order of the order includes:
1) Development of documentation for the purposes of preparing plans for the protection of nature reserves should be prepared in accordance with the Act of April 16, 2004 on nature protection (Journal of Laws of 2024, item 1478, as amended), with particular emphasis on
20 above of the Act and z regulation Minister of the Environment of May 12, 2005.
on the preparation of a draft protection plan for a nature and landscape park reserve, changes in this plan and protecting resources, creations
and nature components (Journal of Laws of 2005, No. 94 item 794), Regulation of the Minister of the Environment of March 30 2005 on the types, types and subtypes of nature reserves (Journal of Laws of 2005, No. 60 item 533). In the event of a change in the above legal acts, the contractor is obliged to apply them.
2. The set description of the subject of the contract is set out in Annex 1 to the specification of the terms of the contract (hereinafter: SWZ), which is also an attachment No. 1 to the contract.
