- The subject of the contract is the implementation of full documentation of protection plans for 11 selected reserves
Nature in the Świętokrzyskie Voivodeship, i.e. Karczowka, Cave Raj, Bliżyn-Kopalnia Ludwik, Grabowiec, Pieczyska, Gora Żakowa, Turskie Castle, Dziki Staw, Sufraganiec, Stone Circles, Barcz and Development of projects of protection plans in the form of ordinances of the Regional Director of Environmental Protection in Kielce, in accordance with art. 20 of the Act of 16 April 2004 on nature protection (Journal of Laws of 2024, item 1478, as amended), the Regulation of the Minister of the Environment of May 12, 2005 on the preparation draft protection plan for the National Park, a nature reserve and a landscape park, making changes in this plan and protecting resources, creations and nature components (Journal of Laws of 2005 No. 94, item 794, as amended), and the guidelines of the General Director of Environmental Protection in the field of editing ordinances Regional Director of Environmental Protection regarding nature reserves (Warsaw 2016).
