Description: 1. The subject of the contract is the provision of the Contractor of services resulting from the Accession of the Ordering Party to the second stage of the recruitment of projects in accordance with the guidelines of the recruitment of projects for the complementary program of the local and regional railway infrastructure - Rail + to 2028, established by the resolution of the Council of Ministers No. 151/2019 December 3, 2019
2. As part of the subject of the order, the Ordering Party distinguishes the following parts:
a) Part I - Linear project PN .. "Refitization of railway line No. 360 on the section of Gostyń - Kąkolewo";
b) Part II - Linear project PN. "Construction of a new railway line Turek - Konin".
3. The contractor can submit an offer on all parts of the order, or for any part or several parts.
