1 Mielec, aimed at improving the communication of the Mielec poviat from the network of supervisory vibrations, in the field of traffic instruction transport goods, as well as analyzes of the basics of the construction of the next section of the Mielec city bypass. The study should take into account the improvement of communication between the poviat, and the key transport highlighters, improve access to important economic areas and a connection of the safety and comfort of the TRAC for the inhabitants of the poviat and OSB moving through the poviat.
