- The subject of the order is a service consisting in conducting a diagnosis of the current state and developing, adapting and delivering complete, coherent and compliant with applicable law documentation of the Information Security Management System (ISMS). for the Ordering Party and its subordinate units. The main purpose of implementing an ISMS is to ensure compliance of the units' activities with legal requirements, in particular with: - Regulation of the Council of Ministers on the National Interoperability Framework (KRI). - Regulation of the Parliament of the European Union and of the Council (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR). ISMS documentation is to be based on best practices and standards, in particular the PN-ISO/IEC 27001 standard. The developed documentation must be fully adapted to the specific nature, organizational structure and tasks performed. public and processed information resources of each of the 10 covered units. The Ordering Party does not allow the delivery of generic (template) documentation.
