The subject of the order is the expansion and integration of IT systems as the implementation of the project "Development of digital services in the Andrzej Mielęcki Independent Public Clinical Hospital of the Medical University of Silesia in Katowice", financed by from the funds of the National Recovery and Resilience Plan (KPO), under measure D.1.1.2 - "Accelerating the processes of digital transformation of health care through further development of digital services in health care" Package 1 System expansion and integration Hospital HIS with EDM, Occupational Medicine and Orders for Medical Devices modules along with the digitization of medical documentation and the provision of service and author's supervision services Package 2 Upgrade the Philips IntelliSpace Portal system owned by the hospital to the latest one version of the system along with the transfer of existing licenses and delivery of, among others: an application server, 4 workstations equipped with two medical diagnostic monitors and one descriptive monitor, warranty including advanced system updates visualization of image data to the latest versions during its duration and delivery of a network switch and 36 months of service support Doc Title: Development and integration of IT systems Contract Type: services
