Description:
The subject of the order is the provision of advanced end station protection services using the EDR solution for a period of 36 months and the provision of technical support for this service.
The Ordering Party may invalidate the proceedings in question if the public funds that the Ordering Party intended intended to finance all or part of the contract will not be awarded, and the possibility of invalidating the procedure on this basis is provided for in the contract notice (Article 257 of the Public Procurement Act).
24 section 1 and art. 33 of the Act of June 14, 2024 on protection of whistleblowers (Journal of Laws, item 928), the "Internal procedure for reporting violations of the law and taking follow-up actions at the Headquarters of the Border Guard" and the "Procedure for accepting external reports and taking action" have been introduced at the Border Guard Headquarters follow-up at the Border Guard Headquarters.
