Description:
The subject of the order is the provision of SSL/TLS traffic detection and distribution services using a solution in the form of an SSL/TLS traffic decryption system with hardware acceleration allowing data encryption/decryption at a speed of min. 35Gbps. As part of the provision of the service, the Ordering Party requires the provision of technical support aimed at its uninterrupted operation for a period of 36 months from the date of signing the Service Launch Protocol. Technical and service support must be provided at the point of use of the system and devices.
The Ordering Party may invalidate the said contracts procedure if the public funds that the Ordering Party intended to allocate to finance all or part of the contract are not awarded to it, and the possibility of invalidating the procedure on this basis was provided for in the contract notice (Article 257 of the Public Procurement Act).
I would like to inform you that on pursuant to art. 24 section 1 and art. 33 of the Act of June 14, 2024 on the protection of whistleblowers (Journal of Laws, item 928), the "Internal procedure for reporting violations of the law and taking follow-up actions at the Border Guard Headquarters" was introduced at the Border Guard Headquarters, and "Procedure for accepting external reports and taking follow-up actions at the Border Guard Headquarters."
