Description:
The Border Guard operating under the Border Guard Act uses in its daily service ICT systems necessary in the process of border traffic control, protection of the state border and in part of the external border of the European Union. It uses a number of systems for this purpose ICT systems built based on modern technologies. The subject of the order is the renewal for a period of 36 months of technical support and the right to update the subscription of the DNS protection solution owned by the Ordering Party, enabling the service of 13,000 users. Ordering party may invalidate the procedure in question if the public funds that the contracting authority intended to allocate to finance all or part of the contract are not granted to it, and the possibility of invalidating the procedure on this basis was provided for in the contract notice (Article 257 of the Act Pzp).
