- 1. The subject of the order included the renewal of technical support, service support and the right to update subscriptions for new generation firewalls and the firewall management system owned by the Border Guard for a period of 24 months. Owned by the Ordering Party the infrastructure is based on Palo Alto firewalls and it is currently necessary to extend the subscription and support for these devices in order to maintain them in technical condition allowing for trouble-free use in the Border Guard systems and to ensure cyber protection of the Guard's infrastructure Graniczna. Technical and service support for firewalls and the firewall management system will include, among others: material and construction defects, repair of detected damage, access to patches and updates, and a list of security alarms. Subscription technical support will be provided include, among others: updates, online technical support, product improvements and updates, and support in their use.
