Description: The subject of the contract is the implementation of a platform with the functionalities described in the Terms of Reference, and then the provision of maintenance services along with hosting the platform in the SLA and development services.
In particular, the scope of the contract includes:
- performance of the service of developing the platform architecture, configuration, implementation, commissioning, training and making the platform available for use,
- integration of the platform with the IT systems owned by the Ordering Party,
- providing all necessary database systems and IT environments,
- provision (delivery), commissioning, maintenance and management of infrastructure resources to the extent enabling the implementation of the subject of the contract described in the above points on the terms consistent with the contract and SOPZ (hosting),
- providing development services and additional services after implementation,
- granting a guarantee.
