1. The subject of the competition is the development of an architectural and urban concept for the School and Kindergarten Complex along with the concept of land development in the Nowe Żerniki housing estate. in Wrocław, in the area of Aleja Architektow and Jadwigi Grabowska-Hawrylak Street.
2. The aim of the competition is to obtain the best architectural, functional and operational concept of the School and Kindergarten Complex with land development, which in its form and content will correspond to the conditions competition, will take into account the character and functions described in the program, and will also fit into the surrounding landscape in an attractive urban and architectural manner and will meet the requirements of modern technical knowledge and utility standards, with particular emphasis on the energy efficiency of the building and economic aspects related to the implementation of the investment and operation of the facility.
Communication and architectural solutions should include access to the facility and the ZS-P area from: Architektow Avenue, Hans Scharoun Square, Jadwigi Grabowska-Hawrylak Street and plots no. 62/67 AR_10 Żerniki precinct, 12/6 AR_23 Żerniki precinct located on the southern side of the investment area.
