- The subject of the competition is the development of an architectural concept for a sports and recreation complex with a swimming pool in Plewiska, in the area of ul. Kolejowa and ul. Helena Szafran.
The aim of the competition is to select the best architectural concept together with land development, construction facilities, technical infrastructure devices enabling the operation of sports and recreational facilities, including swimming pools, in accordance with their intended purpose.
The basic task expected by the Competition Organizer is to create a coherent architectural concept for the subject of the Competition.
The developed concept, constituting the basis for the implementation of design documentation, must enable the implementation of design documentation and investments in BIM (Building Information Modeling) technology. In accordance with Annex No. 17 to the Regulations.
GENERAL ASSUMPTIONS
All facilities and land development elements included with related construction equipment should be designed in a way that ensures compliance with basic requirements regarding: construction, fire and use safety, appropriate hygiene and health conditions, environmental protection, occupational health and safety conditions, protection against noise and vibrations, energy savings
