Description:
The subject of the order is the performance of construction works in the area of land development around the Community Kindergarten in Tyszowce. The scope of works includes: - preparatory works; - construction of new hardened surfaces with edges; - installation of ready-made elements of small architecture; - planting of greenery; - cleaning works.2. The detailed scope of works is specified in the documentation regarding the land development project and the greenery design together with the planting plan, SSTWIOR, which is an annex to the SWZ. In addition, the Ordering Party includes (as an attachment to the SWZ) bills of quantities for construction works, provided that they constitute part of description of the subject of the order and therefore do not specify the scope of services or the rights and obligations of the Contractor, but are only of informative and auxiliary.
