Description:
1. The subject of the order is the performance of construction works, consisting in land development together with accompanying works and other construction works, described in the design documentation and STWiORB (Appendix No. 1F to the SWZ).2. The detailed scope of works was described in the design documentation, i.e.: bill of quantities (Annex No. 1D to the SWZ), construction design (Annex No. 1E to the SWZ), Technical Specification for the Execution and Acceptance of Construction Works (STWiORB, Annex No. 1F to the SWZ).3. The Ordering Party/Investor will provide the Contractor with some of the purchased construction materials and equipment according to the list in point 4) point 3 in swz.4. A detailed description of the subject of the order and the terms of execution of the order were specified in the annexes to the SWZ, i.e. in the design documentation (including the bill of quantities, constituting Annex No. 1D to the SWZ, the construction design, constituting Annex No. 1E to the SWZ, and STWIORB, constituting Annex No. 1F to the SWZ.5. The conditions for the execution of the order are included in the draft provisions of the public procurement contract, which will be included in the content of the contract template and constitute Annex No. 1C to the SWZ (hereinafter referred to as the contract template).6.
