Description:
The subject of the order is "Development of the area of the Dąbrowskiego estate in Polkowice" in the design and build formula.
"Development of the area of the Dąbrowski estate in Polkowice" - the Polkowice Commune received funding from the Government Fund Polish Order: Investment Program Strategic.
"Development of the area of the Dąbrowskiego estate in Polkowice" in the area of Sucharskiego, Akacjowa, Klonowa, Kasztanowa, Brzozowa and "no name" streets, reconstruction of the existing communication system in residential and service areas, including the expansion of the storm sewage system, lines cable street lighting and telecommunications ducting, development of green areas (construction of a linear park and a sensory garden along with the installation of small architecture elements), demolition of the underground selective municipal waste collection point (PSZOK).
As part of the order in accordance with developed Functional and Utility Program should be performed:
construction design, technical design (executive design) and obtain a valid building permit/decision authorizing the implementation of a road investment/confirmation of acceptance of the notification of intention commencement of construction works.
- Stage II - road, construction and installation works, along with obtaining a valid use permit.
The Ordering Party does not require Contractors to submit the said evidence.
