- The subject of the order is the construction of the first-floor balcony and part of the ground floor of the courtyard at Rynek 5 for general communication purposes. The order is part of a larger task: Renovation, reconstruction, expansion, superstructure and change of use of tenement houses State Academy of Applied Sciences (PANS) in Krona at ul. Rynek 5 and Rynek 6 in Krona, together with internal installations and rainwater and water connection installations for buildings, on plots no. 2154, 2153, 2148/2, 2140/3 of the Rdmiecie district. On the investment area is subject to protection resulting from the location of the area in the zone of the historical center of the city of Krosno and in the archaeological protection zone, and partially in the strict conservation protection zone. The subject of the order is: - construction of a wall and a roof with aluminum and glass structure, cladding of the 1st floor balcony and part of the ground floor of the courtyard of Rynek 5 for general communication purposes; - construction of a wall in the southern border, closing the balcony; - development of part of the door opening between the existing building and the designed buildings; - construction of foundations for buildings; - construction of foundations for installation poles, solar sail roofs...
