- 5.1 The subject of the order is the development of a change to the spatial development plan. The order includes "Development of a project to amend the local spatial development plan of the Debrzno commune" in accordance with the provisions of the Act of March 27, 2003 on spatial planning and development (i.e. Journal of Laws of 2022, item 503) and the requirements specified in the Regulation of the Minister of Development and Technology of December 17, 2021 on the required scope of the draft local spatial development plan (Journal of Laws of 2021, item 2404). Changing the local development plan concerns the functions of a villa building at ul. Krlewska 7 in Debrzno, together with plots 99/1 and 99/2, orb 0001, Debrzno, Czuchow poviat. The villa building was entered into the register of immovable monuments of the Pomeranian Voivodeship under number A-2032. The subject of the order was specified in detail in the description of the subject. order constituting Annex No. 7 to the SWZ, annexes to the OPZ and the draft contractual provisions constituting Annex No. 5 to the SWZ.
