Description:
1.1 The design documentation concerns the development of plots no.: 747/4, 893/3, 894, 956/4, 956/5, 958/5, 1024/7, 1024/12, 1279, 1370, 1371, 1372, 1373, area P-53, registration unit Podgrze, at ul. abiej in Krakow.1.2 Pursuant to Art. 310 of the Public Procurement Law, the Ordering Party provides for the possibility of invalidation the proceedings in question, if the public funds that the Ordering Party intends to use to finance all or part of the order have not been granted to it. 1.3 As part of the order, complete, full-scale design and cost estimate documentation must be developed, along with obtaining all necessary guidelines, conditions, opinions, arrangements and required formal and legal decisions for the implementation of the investment project consisting in securing a landslide occurring on the slope of the Drwinka stream, located along ul. abiej in Krakow, near the park.
