- 1. The subject of the pollination is to develop complete design and costing documentation for thermomodernization in 4 school squares, i.e.: Kindergartens under Koszcin,- Kindergarten Winnie the Pooh in Sadow, -Przemjszkola in Strzebinie, - Primary School in Rusinowice, along with obtainingdocuments authorizing the implementation of construction robs. Thermomodernization work applies to BD Kindergarten buildings and schools with traditional constructions, which area with adjustable temperature is:- 421.27 m2 for kindergarten under dwarf,- 387.60 m2 for the kindergarten Winnie the Pooh in Sadow -502.00m2 Kindergarten in Strzebinie,- 1384.58 m2 Primary School in Rusinowice. 2. The object of the pollination also includes obtaining the required agreement, decisions and permits. 3. The project should include: 1) inventory of the existing state of buildings 2) thermomodernization works: insulation of Cianexternal, foundation cian, insulation of roofs, flat roofs, replacement of window and door joinery - implementation in accordance with the technical conditions (WT2021) - Energy Standard of the building, 3) replacement / modernization of the main RDA Ciepie: Modernization of installationcenter...
