Konkts description of the subject of the Claw: 1. The subject of the plan is to develop comprehensive design documentation for the development of the Water Tourism Trail of the Pisa River together, with the development of the water zone of Lake Ro, and in the puppies: 1) developing a variant architectural concept proposed for the investment in accordance with the law , including currently applying technical and construction regulations, and applicable standards, as well as the principles of technical knowledge, and with the use of rationalizing costs of construction and operation;, 2) obtaining approval of the contracting authority of the developed concept;, 3) execution of maps for design celves from the inventory of the area and establishing boundaries; 4) development of a water law report;, 5) obtaining a water law permit; 6) obtaining on behalf of the Ordering Party on behalf of all conditions on the basis of the penitentially granted pennomocity, opinions and administrative decisions necessary to obtain a building permit or Rozbania Robt not requiring a building permit and building conditions or a decision to determine the location of a public purpose investment; 7) developing a land development project, taking into account ...
