- 1. Order: Development of a comprehensive assessment of the state of the environment on a large -scale degraded area and developing a draft plan to improve the state of the environment based on a prepared comprehensive assessment of the state of the environment together with the development of investment documentationrelated to the implementation of these plans under the project entitled Improving the state of the environment in the industrial areas of former chemical fibers "Wistom" in Tomaszow Mazowiecki financed as part of the investment: B3.2.1-1/3. Investments in risk neutralization and reclamationlarge -scale post -industrial areas and the Baltic Sea - the Ministry of Culture and National Heritage of the National Plan of Rebuilding and Increased immunity.
2. In this contract and in accordance with the provisions of art. 6 of the Act of June 16, 2023 on large -scale degraded areas, the contractor obligedIt is to be developed for:
1) the area of post -industrial waste landfill located in Tomaszow Mazowiecki at 157 Piaskowa Street,
2) Lagun of sewage sludge located in Tomaszow Mazowiecki at Henrykowska Street 2/4, which are part of the industrial areas of former fiber plantsChemical "wistom" in Tomaszow Mazowiecki,
comprehensive assessment of the state of the environment, taking into account:
a) a comprehensive assessment of the state of the environment in a large -scale degraded area - (task No. 1),
