- The subject of the order is: Development of a comprehensive concept along with cost estimates for the investment task titled: Construction of the Rolling Stock Maintenance Facility for the Greater Poland Railways in Ostrów Wielkopolski. The description of the subject of the order is specified in documents: request for quotation along with other attachments that have been attached in the "ATTACHMENTS" tab. The Ordering Party reserves the right to make payment within 30 days of the comprehensive provision of the service. Completion date: 2 months from the moment of signing ContractsII. Conditions of order fulfillment: In accordance with the published annexesIII. Course of the procedure: The Ordering Party informs that the procedure is conducted in two stages: a) Stage I - submission of offers that will take part in Stage II, b) Stage II - auction electronic - the bidding will start automatically after the end of the first stage and will last 15 minutes and overtime - a sub-stage of the second stage, the conditions of which are described in detail in the procedure settings on the Purchasing Platform. Each overtime lasts 3 minutes - it starts, if another offer (increment) is submitted correctly in the last 3 minutes of the procedure. Contractors accepted by the Ordering Party who do not submit their Offers correctly at the stage of submitting offers (Stage I) will be automatically excluded from further stages of the procedure. The Ordering Party approves the execution of the Order by placing information on the Selection of the Most Advantageous Offer on the Purchasing Platform.
