- Preparation of comprehensive, multi-disciplinary design documentation, along with obtaining all required administrative decisions. Construction of four complete dirt/slopestyle bicycle routes, varying in difficulty level, intended for extreme sports. Execution a pumptrack track with an asphalt concrete surface. Installation of a multi-level wooden starting platform, constituting the starting point of bicycle routes. Installation of street furniture elements, including: 4 benches, 2 waste bins, 6 bicycle racks and 1 board with regulations of use. Implementation of the necessary technical infrastructure, including construction of foundations, drainage system, fortifications and hardening of the area. No new plantings of trees and shrubs are planned. It is planned to recreate the existing lawn and install a lawn on the slopes of the bicycle tracks. Estimated area of the complex is approximately 3200m. The final area will be determined at the stage of developing design documentation.
