The subject of the planned order will be the provision of comprehensive consulting and analytical servicesand technical, covering three main components:
1) development of a feasibility study.
2) Preparation of a technical project.
3) performing the function of investor supervision in the further phase of the project "National Integrated Ticket".
The scope of the order does not include direct executionIA of the system, but preparing the documentation necessary for its implementation and effective support of the Ministry of Infrastructure in the implementation of investments in the public procurement formula, in accordance with national regulations and the provisions of the European Union. The contracting authority plans to award one orderthe following three stages:
1) Feasibility Study (SW)
The purpose of the feasibility study is to develop a complete analysis of the conditions of functioning of the OBZ system in various organizational and technological variants. In particular, the document has:
• analyze the needs of carriers and passengers,
• beforeset legal, financial and organizational conditions,
• propose the recommended model of the OBZ operator,
• indicate possible settlement models and the structure of cooperation between carriers,
• specify the requirements for the IT system (functional and non -functional),
• indicate the threat of the projectand propose the remedial mechanisms
• indicate the assumed effects of the project expressed by indicators - related to indicators at the level of operation and priority axis under the Feniks program,
