Description:
1. Subject of the public procurement - development of a concept, a program of conservation works and multi-discipline design documentation, along with the development of technical specifications for the execution and acceptance of construction works, bills of quantities, in accordance with the provisions of the regulation of the Minister of Development and Technology of December 20, 2021 on the detailed scope and form of design documentation, technical specifications for the execution and acceptance of construction works and the utility concept, investor cost estimates [in accordance with the regulation of the Minister of Development and Technology of December 20, 2021 r. on determining the methods and basis for preparing the investor's cost estimate, along with obtaining on behalf and for the benefit of the Ordering Party all administrative decisions and consents necessary to commence and carry out construction works.
2. Description of the Ordering Party's needs and characteristic features the ordered service constituting the subject of the order was specified in Annex No. 1 to the OPiW (Preliminary Description of the Subject of the Order, hereinafter referred to as: "WOPZ").
