Description:
The subject of the order is the development of a construction design along with providing author's supervision for the task titled: Adaptation of the building of the District Court in Olenica at ul. 3 Maja 48/49 to fire protection requirements in the manner specified in technical and construction regulations, as well as with obtaining a permit for construction, as well as obtaining, on its own, the agreements, derogations, permits and opinions required by law, necessary for the proper implementation of the Investment. The scope of development of the construction design includes the preparation of: plot development design (if required), design architectural and construction, technical design, Technical Specification for the Execution and Acceptance of Construction Works, investor cost estimates and bills of quantities. The contractor will also provide comprehensive author's supervision over the Investment, performed within the scope specified in the Law. construction.
