Description: the subject of the proceedings concerned is the development of construction inventory and an energy audit for 22 selected, owned by the Ordering Party of Public Initial Buildings performing the function of archives and consists of:
a) drawing up a full architectural and construction inventory to the extent necessary for a reliable development of energy audits of buildings and to use at a later stage of developing technical projects (developing projects does not constitute an element of the subject of the order),
b) Development of energy audits.
A detailed description of the subject of the order was specified in Part II of SWZ - a detailed description of the subject of the order.
