A brief description of the subject: the subject of the order is a service consisting in a full-range elaboration, full of industry and complete design and cost-estimate documentation for the High School Building. K. K. Baczyński (NO LO) in Nowa Sól at ul. Junior High School, hereinafter referred to as the documentation "and performing author's supervision over the implementation of works in terms of all industries covered by the documentation. The scope of design works includes the performance of hygienic and sanitary nodes, a personal elevator and the necessary infrastructure with the adaptation of the LO building to existing law, including law Building, pp., sanitary, technical conditions. The order of the order was described in the Annexes of the SWZ:, 1) No. 11 - a detailed description of the subject of the Order (SOPZ);, 2) No. 12 - Illustrative drawings: Illustrative map; Inventory of the ground floor, and, floors, II floors; elevation;, 3) No. 10 - Agreement of the contract
