Development, delivery and implementation along with training and the application of the application of the application For the automatic schedule of didactic classes for the needs of the project of the University of Ignatianum in Krakow, a university available to everyone under the European Funds program for social development 20212027 co -financed by the European Social Fund Plus
1. The subject of the procedure and contract is the selection of the Contractor in terms of the development, delivery and implementation of production software utility for automatic laying of the didactic classes at the Ignatianum University in Krakow, meeting the specified in this SWZ A set of requirements in the field of technical parameters, functionality and others, hereinafter also called the "system" or "application", which consists of a number of activities and a basket of products (including original elements*), in particular:
1) pre -transmission analysis covering technical and substantive consultations together with with the development of a detailed plan to implement the subject of the contract;
2) Supply of license for utility software (ready **);
3) production implementation understood as a series of activities and a basket of products supplied/ aimed at implementing the system, including providing and installing software, configuration and parameterization to a fully functional solution that meets the requirements described in OPZ, taking into account the integration with the USOS system together with data exchange automation, SZK ...
