- The subject of the order is: 1) Preparation of design and cost estimate documentation to the extent enabling a clear determination of the type and scope of construction works and the necessary to ensure obtaining a decision on an occupancy permit or commencement use of the facility in accordance with applicable regulations; 2) Obtaining all administrative decisions and consents from relevant institutions and authorities appropriate to the type of construction project, necessary for the proper implementation of the investment process stage of implementation of construction works, including connection conditions, all opinions, arrangements, and preparation of additional studies necessary to prepare complete design and cost estimate documentation, including obtaining a decision on the permit for construction; 3) Preparation, as part of the subject of the contract, of all opinions, expert opinions, reports, calculations, studies and other documents required by administrative authorities in the proceedings to obtain the decisions referred to in point. 2); 4) Obtaining positive opinions of civil and military authorities indicated by the Ordering Party regarding the complete construction design, detailed designs and technical specifications for the execution and acceptance of works for all required industries, including the deadline specified in the contract for each time the above opinion is issued.
