3.1. The documentation should include a list of necessary and required by law of the decision, agreement, opinions and allow for a construction project. 3.2. The guilty documentation contains a written decision of the Contractor about: a) execution of documentation in a complete state, necessary to achieve the purpose that SUY has, b)compliance of the documentation with the contracts, which are subject to the provisions, the principles of technical knowledge and norms of not governing the rights to the documentation with any claims and rights of third -country OSB. 3.3.
