Short description of the subject of the order: The subject of the order is the development of a project and cost estimate documentation along with obtaining a final decision on the construction of a sports hall at II L.O. In Tomaszów Mazowiecki in the location of an existing hall subject to demolition / reconstruction depending on the optimal solution agreed with the Employer., the scope of project works includes in particular: • obtaining a map for design purposes or a situation map, arrangements required required by construction laws, arrangements , opinions, permits from relevant offices and institutions, including the final decision on the construction license, • execution of functional and spatial concept along with land development in paper and electronic version. The concept should contain horizontal throws, dimensioning room numbering and tabular list of rooms with use of usable space.
