The subject of the order is: 1.1 Development of design and cost estimate documentation for thermo-modernization of the single-storey kindergarten building P 9 in Zabrze at ul. Matejko 64 taking into account the implementation of the necessary repair and modernization works consisting of:, • a plot of land or terrain, • an architectural and construction project, • a technical project, in accordance with the Regulation of the Minister of Development of 11 September 2020 on a detailed scope and forms of construction project 2020 pos. 1609. 1.2 Obtaining administrative decisions necessary for the implementation of the subject of the contract. 1.3 The participation of the designer in the selection procedure of the contractor ,, 1.4.
