The subject of the contract is to develop project and cost documentation for parking spaces at the Skałka estate in Starachowice "as part of the investment task "Improving the communication system along with the construction of parking spaces at the Skałka estate."
A detailed description of the subject of the contract for design study is set out in Annexes 1 to SWZ.
The parking lots and roads after implementation will be intended for all users, including people disabled.
Due to the nature of the activities covered by the order, the Employer does not require employing persons participating in the performance of the contract under an employment contract.
In the event that it is justified by the specificity of the subject of the contract and the contractor will refer to a trademark, the patent or origin (brand, manufacturer, supplier) of materials and norms, approvals, technical specifications and reference systems referred to in art. 99 para. 1-7 of the Public Procurement Law, then it is obliged to indicate in the documentation that it allows the offering of materials or solutions equivalent and is obliged to clarify the extent of permissible equivalence.
