- The subject of the order is the development of a comprehensive construction design together with a bill of quantities and an investor's cost estimate, a tender ("blind") cost estimate and a technical specification for the execution and acceptance of construction works, along with the necessary arrangements and decisions, along with obtaining valid building permits for each part of the order listed in section 3.4 SWZ. The subject of the order is hereinafter also referred to as the "design" or "design documentation". The subject of the order includes also includes providing the Ordering Party with answers to questions, providing explanations and information regarding the completed project and its solutions, as well as removing any design defects at each request of the Ordering Party, during the proceedings for awarding public procurement contracts for construction works relating to facilities covered by the design documentation. In addition, the Contractor will be obliged to exercise author's supervision in terms of compliance of construction works with the documentation - from the moment receipt of design documentation continuously until the final acceptance of construction works performed on the basis of this documentation, but no later than June 30, 2028.
