Description of the subject of the order: a) The subject of the public procurement is construction work consisting in the development of design documentation and construction of lighting as part of the task: Construction of playground lighting at the Na Lotnisku 6 estate in the "design and build" mode,, b) The Ordering Party described the subject of the order on the basis of the following documents: - Draft provisions of the contract (PPU) - Annex No. 2 to the SWZ, - Functional and Utility Program (FFU) with annexes - Annex No. 8 to the SWZ,, c) If the manufacturer's name or t symbols appear in any appendix to the SWZproducts, standards, approvals, technical specifications and reference systems can be replaced by equivalent ones.
