The subject of the order is the design of i construction of a medium-pressure gas pipeline connecting the biomethane plant located in Branice and the high-pressure gas network located in Kietrz on the terms specified in the request for quotation. The subject of the order includes carrying out the following works: - development of construction designs, including the development design of the area or plots where the Investment is to be located, architectural and construction design, executive design, technical design, in accordance with Regulation of the Minister of Development of September 11, 2020 on the detailed scope and form of the construction project together with obtaining the final building permit, development of a concept containing the assumptions for the implementation of the investment in question - in accordance with the requirements contained in the FUP, any changes to the above. documents or other documents necessary to complete the order, if they prove necessary, - obtaining rights to plots for the purposes of implementing investments, including obtaining all rights required arrangements with land owners - provision of author's supervision services during the entire period of implementation of the subject of the Agreement; - execution of all deliveries of technological and auxiliary equipment, construction, assembly and other works activities in accordance with the purpose of the investment, the description of the subject of the order included in the request for quotation and the functional and utility program, as well as the...
