- PART A of the subject of the order, preliminary description. As part of the order, the Contractor is to create multi-discipline project documentation based on the existing functional and utility program, constituting Annex No. 2 to the SWZ, adapting it to current regulations and legal requirements. The functional and utility program includes: an integral part of SWZ and OPZ. Design documentation should be prepared in accordance with applicable law, in particular taking into account the requirements of the Act of July 7, 1994 Construction Law (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2025, item 418, as amended), Regulation of the Minister of Health of June 27, 2019 in case hospital emergency department (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2024, item 336, as amended) with annexes and required by ICAO (International Civil Aviation Organization) - a. 14, volume II to the Convention on International Civil Aviation, signed in Chicago on December 7, 1944 (Journal of Laws of 1959, No. 35, item 212 text of the Convention, Journal of Laws Device ULC of 2019, item 5 text of volume II of Annex 14 to the Chicago Convention) in order to adapt to the currently applicable legal provisions, including obtaining consent to use the landing field.
