- The subject of the contract is the development of a project in accordance with applicable construction law, the Regulation of the Minister of Development and Technology of December 20, 2021. functional and utility program (project documentation covering the land use project, architectural and construction and technical) for the exchange and construction: water supply network with connections in Poznań as part of the investment task entitled Gorczyna "(investment task No. 3-05-17-179-0) together with obtaining a final building permit decision along with obtaining a certificate of lack of grounds for an objection to the architectural and building administration authority accepting the notification of construction or performing other construction works appropriate for the task in question (AQUANET S.A. allows obtaining a building permit decision in electronic form. Whether the building permit will be obtained in paper or electronic form is at the Contractor's discretion)
performed on the basis of the documentation constituting the subject of the order from the date of concluding the contract with the Contractor of construction works until signing the final acceptance protocol of these works.
