Description of the subject of the order: a) The subject of this order is the service consisting in the development of design documentation for the construction of a bicycle path along the Vistula embankments together with a bridge structure over the Biauch River in Krakow. b) The ordering party described the subject of the order. by means of: draft provisions of the contract (PPU) constituting Annex No. 2 to the SWZ, the material scope with annexes constituting Annex No. 6 to the SWZ.c) The minimum warranty period is 24 months, the maximum warranty period is 36 months. Offers containing a warranty period of less than 24 months will be rejected.d) Common Procurement Vocabulary (CPV):71320000-7 (Engineering services in the field of design)e) The Ordering Party does not require employment by a contractor or subcontractor on the basis of an employment relationship of persons performing activities related to the execution of the order.2.
