Description:
1. The subject of the contract is the service within the meaning of art. 7 point 28 of the Public Procurement Law, consisting in making project documentation for the modernization of street, parks, squares and public places managed by the Mayor of Bydgoszcz located in the city of Bydgoszcz and exercisingAuthor's supervision over the implementation of its own project in the scope and on the terms of the contract in detail specified in the attachments to SWZ constituting an integral part of it.
2. A detailed description of the subject of the contract, the scope and terms of the contract were described in the plannedcontract provisions with attachments, constituting Annex 1 to SWZ (common for each of the 6 parts).SWZ (separate for each of the 6 parts) and in the service design formula constituting Annex 3_ (1-6) to SWZ (separate for each of the 6 parts).
3. Description of the part of the order if the contracting authority allows you to submit partial offers:
1) The Contractor may submit only one offer for one chosenpart of the order.
