Description:
1. The subject of the contract is the service within the meaning of art. 7 point 28 of the Public Procurement Law, consisting in making project documentation for the modernization of street, parks, squares and public places managed by the Mayor of Bydgoszcz located in the city of Bydgoszcz and exercising Author's supervision over the implementation of its own project in the scope and on the terms of the contract in detail specified in the attachments to SWZ constituting its integral part.
2. A detailed description of the subject of the contract, the scope and terms of the contract were described
in designed contract provisions with attachments, constituting Annex 1 to SWZ (common for each of 11 parts).

1) Description of the subject of the contract (OPZ) with attachments, constituting Annex 1 (separate for each of 11 parts).
and in the template of the offer form constituting Annex 2_ (1-11) to SWZ (separate for each of 11 parts) and in the service valuation formula constituting Annex 3_ (1-11) to SWZ (separate for each of 11 parts).
3. Description of the part of the order if the contracting authority allows partial offers:
1) the contractor may submit only one offer for one chosen by part of the order.
The Employer makes the above restriction in connection with: Parallel execution of the order and a limited time of implementation of each part and avoiding the risk of the impact of delays in the implementation of one of the parts on the implementation of the other parts of the order.
