- 1. The subject of the order is a service within the meaning of Art. 7 point 28 of the Public Procurement Law, consisting in preparing design documentation for the modernization of the lighting of streets, parks, squares and public places managed by the Mayor of Bydgoszcz located in the city of Bydgoszcz and exercising supervision copyright on the implementation of your own project in the scope and under the terms of the order specified in detail in the annexes to the SWZ, which constitute its integral part. Part 1 Development of design documentation for the construction of energy-saving lighting in the city of Bydgoszcz, efficiency improvement program lighting energy (Bydgoszcz Energy) area 2.1 - Bielawy estate, Lene consisting in the preparation of design documentation for a street lighting line with a total length of 13.91 km (139 design units) for 10 separate projects (modernized lighting cabinets) the scope is described in spreadsheet and task 2.1 presented in the graphic attachment. NOTE: If the Contractor submits an offer for more than one part of the order, the Ordering Party will reject all offers submitted by him as inconsistent with the content SWZ.
