A brief description of the subject of the order: the subject of the order is the development of a comprehensive design documentation for the construction of a nursery and kindergarten building together with equipment and management. Investments will be located on plots of 1047/13, 1047/16, 1047/12, 1047/15. 225 Budziwój. The Ordering Party provides a functional and use program of an investment containing a proposal for land development along with a proposal for architectural solutions of buildings. Solutions contained in the functional and utility program are not binding. Designing one-storey buildings with a flat roof in traditional technology, using reinforced concrete ceilings, insulated walls from ceramic weapons. Budynki should be equipped with all installations necessary for proper functioning, including mechanical ventilation, installation PPOŻ, installation of SAP fire signaling, connecting to the RESMAN network, photovoltaic installations with photovoltaic panels equipped with a photovoltaic management system.
