- The subject of the contract is the service of developing multi-branch design documentation (construction and executive) for investment tasks entitled: Construction of a research, teaching and administrative building and construction of a pitch with an underground garage of the Fire Academy in Warsaw along with obtaining everyone, The necessary and required documents, in particular decisions and arrangements related to obtaining final administrative decisions authorizing the start and conduct of construction, as well as the supervision of author's supervision over the subsequent implementation of construction works.
Subject to the changes resulting From the negotiations, the subject of the contract must be made in the scope and in accordance with the requirements set out in OPIW together with attachments to it, in particular in Annex 1 to the OPW entitled: "Description of the subject of the order" (hereinafter referred to as "OPZ"), attached to the OPZ documentation, Annex No. 2 to OPW pn: Designed provisions of the contract (hereinafter also called "PPU"), and in accordance with applicable regulations.
441 para. 1 of the PZP Act in the proceedings provides for the option described in § 1 para. 3-7 Annex 2 to OPW p. Planned provisions of the contract.
