Description:
The subject of the order is:
a) Developing and handing over the ordering party of complete design documentation for the task. "Development of design documentation in terms of replacing the DN500 MOP gas pipeline 5.0 Rembelzczyzna - Wronów (Shared Order)"; b) obtaining and providing the Ordering Party of the final decision of the building permit, necessary to perform construction works based on the project documentation or notification of construction works by the competent authority of the architectural and construction administration and obtaining a certificate on the lack of objection in the event of a declaration of construction works and forwarding it to the Ordering Party
c) performing copyright supervision during the implementation of construction works carried out on the basis of the developed project documentation (basic order). The Contractor is obliged to do not more than 4 (in words: four) stays resulting from the Ordering Party's calls on the basis of a fundamental auditory of author's supervision referred to in §2 para. 2 lit c) contract.
