Description:
1. The subject of the order is the development of multi-disciplinary design documentation for the reconstruction and expansion of a building located in Tarnowskie Gry for the purposes of establishing a district warehouse base for Civil Protection and Civil Defense together with the administrative part and protective structure along with obtaining a building permit.2. Scope and description of the subject of the order: 1) the subject of the order is to be performed based on the order documents. If the Contractor finds that the order documents contain errors or omissions he should immediately notify the Ordering Party of this fact,2) the detailed scope of the subject of the order is included in Annex No. 5 to the SWZ.3. The detailed scope of the subject of the order and the description required by the Ordering Party in terms of implementation and acceptance are determined by the designed ones provisions of the contract (Appendix No. 4 to the SWZ).4. Warranty period: a) The Contractor will provide a quality guarantee until the expiry of the Contractor's liability under the warranty for defects in construction works performed on the basis of the documentation that is the subject of the proceedings, b) the Contractor's liability under warranty for defects in the documentation in question is extended, i.e. the rights of the Order...
