Krtk Description of the subject of the order: 1. The subject of the contract is the development of a design and cost-estimate documentation for the reconstruction of the Wojewo Road No. 719 from KM 29 + 550 to KM 29 + 900 in Milanwuk and the undercuting of Lena along with the construction of irradiation. The scope of the documentation should include technical solutions located within the limits of the DW 719 Road Poviat. 2. With comments on fact, and this project and cost estimate documentation will be submitted under the Mazowieckie Mazowiecki Tangible Assistance by Brwinw Municipalities under the Agreement No. 70 / I.1 / 2021 / PR concluded on 03.09.2021, the Contractor is obliged to observe Guidelines for the specification of significant declaring conditions developed by the Mazovian Government of the provevators, constituting part of the provisions No. 5 to SWZ, hereinafter referred to as the guidelines., 3.
