1. The subject of the contract is to develop project documentation for the renovation of the facade, replacement Window and Door Stoleraki together with the renovation of external stairs in the building at ul. Kościuszki 97 in Suwałki, which is owned by the City of Suwałki.
2. Detailed subject of the contract includes Annex 2 to SWZ - a description of the subject of the contract hereinafter referred to as OPZ.
3. Detailed scope of duties The contractors were listed in the draft contract constituting Annex 7 to SWZ.
4. Attention to the fact that the documentation developed by the Contractor will be a description of the subject of the contract constituting an attachment to SWZ for the implementation of construction works under the Act of
September 11, 2019. public, the contractor undertakes to prepare documentation in such a way that it meets all the requirements of the PZP Act.
5. Meeting should be carried out in accordance with:

2) the Regulation of the Minister of Development and Technology of December 20, 2021 on the detailed scope and form of documentation design, technical specifications of construction and acceptance of construction works and a functional and utility program (Journal of Laws item 2454).
3) the Regulation of the Minister of Development and Technology of December 20, 2021 on determining the methods and grounds for preparing an investor cost estimate, calculation planned costs of design work and planned costs of construction works specified in the functional and utility program (Journal of Laws item 2458),
